Joel Salwagan Jr. or TM Joel as known by many is the person behind OXWOW TEAM.
TM Joel has been in the online business for more than a decade. He has worked as a costumer service representative/call center agent for several BPO companies, an entrepreneur , an online teacher, a trainer and a mentor to aspiring online teachers.
TM Joel worked for several accounts catering to both young and adult learners. But the questions is, why did he open OXWOW TEAM? The answer is just simple.
First, he wants to open new possibility to new and aspiring teachers of all ages, especially this time of pandemic that people are in need of jobs. He wants to extend a helping hand to those who are in need. He wants to mold and develop aspiring teachers to be the best in their craft. He wants to bring out the best in them in their chosen career.
Second, he wants to impart high class English learning to different students since English is the universal language and it is spoken all over the world. He wants to assist, expand and form his learners to be more competitive as they face new chapters of their lives. His vision is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate, and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long learners, to participate in and contribute to the global world. To educate all students to the highest levels of academic achievement, to enable them to reach and expand their potential, and to prepare them to become productive, responsible members of society.
